I was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, and attended Stockdale High. Go Mustangs! I attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, and graduated in 2007 with dual Bachelor degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics; and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Asian Studies. I lived and worked in Nara, Japan, for three years, as an English teacher for students aged 1 to 99.
I returned to the US in 2010 to go to McGeorge College of Law at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. I studied abroad in Austria with Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. I graduated Order of the Coif in 2013 and was admitted to the California Bar in that same year. While in law school, I clerked for the Sacramento Family Court and Olson, Hagel, Fishburn, LLP, in their Social Security practice.
I have 10 years’ combined experience in a Social Security Disability practice. I really enjoy my solo practice and when you are my client I handle all aspects of your case personally and am available by text. I only handle Social Security Disability claims, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims. I also handle children’s and Continuing Disability Review claims.
My husband and two small children live in Bakersfield, California, with our tiny dogs. We enjoy Dewar’s ice cream and biking on the bike path!
